Over time, they become best friends and live together with a certain understanding that they are different and a respect for each others trates and behaviour. They do begin to speak the same language, but in a way that only they can understand.

I know a man and women who didn't speak the same language who fell in love. They are married and they both speak each other's languages now! Very romantic.

Love knows no language :).
Eventually one will pick up the others language if they try hard enough. At least enough to communicate well. I had a friend who married a sweet girl from Mexico. He spoke English and Spanish. Since they were living in the US he thought it was important that she learn English. So she went to school and learned English. So well that she spoke better English than HIM!

They're probably still married. It's couples that speak the same language that seem to have all the problems.

Words are not required for love. I suppose they would learn to communicate and eventually learn each others language.

They learn to be bilingual. You can't stay in love without communication. The rest is hormones, and that too shall fade.
