HI, my name is Hope and I have 8 children and I am 29 years old. I have 3 sets of twins and 2 singles.
Abby and Mimi- 9
Tyler- 7
Adam- 6
Matt and Mike- 5
Anna and Sean-3
My husband and I have thought about having another child or chilren in our case since most of them are twins. My husband is a lawyer and I am a stay at home mom for now. My husband and I loved when I was pregnant. We are planing to have about a dozen kids if we are able to. I lately have been feeling a little ill and dizzy. I don't know if I am coming down with something or if I am pregnant. My husband is on a trip and will be back in about a month. I have also been eating more. I just took a pregnacy test but I am waiting for the answer to find out if I am pregnat, I took a different company test this time called clear blue or something like that. Will that tell me if I am pregnat with more than one, or not? Also if I am pregnat how should I tell my husband because it would be over the phone or should I wait?

My children have also been asking when they will have another little brother or sister. Is that a good sign on that we should have another one any way?

I am sorry - you have 8 kids and you need to come on yahoo to ask a bunch of strangers if they think you are pregnant?
You just took a pregnancy test, so you say - why do you have to wait for the results? The test should tell you in a couple of minutes at the most.
What was the test called - "clear blue or something"? You look on the box, it will tell you, why so vague?
Of course no home pregnancy test will tell you if you are expecting more than one baby.
How shoudl you tell your husband? How should we know? How did you tell him about your other pregnancies?
All in all - I don't believe you are genuine.
None of this adds up.

No test other than a in office test with your OBGYN will tell you if you are having one or more. It could very well be you are pregnant, but those signs are very vague so there is no way for me to give accurate advice. If you do find out you are I would tell your husband even if over the phone. Your children may have the feeling that you are however that is never a for sure indicator I would recommend you go to your doc to see and go from there. i hope this helps

1) the test will not tell you if there is more than one, just if your pregnant. go to the doct as soon as possible so you can find out if you are pregnant and they will tell you how many they can spot :)
2) you should tell your husband in anyway you see fit. if you're really excited and can't wait to tell him, tell him. if you want to wait and surprise him when he gets back, then do that. up to you :)
3) if your kids are saying that they want little bros and sisters, just make sure you want another (although you and your husband seem like you both want more). just remember that you have to raise your kids. your kids won't be there to really help in times of trouble with the new kids, so weigh the pros and cons.
sorry this was so long, but i hope it helps you :)

Have you seen the dugger's on t.v.? They have 17 children and two sets of twins. I hope it all works out for the best. If you are I would wait until you hubby gets home and have they kids tell him in an unique way. Make a sign for each kid to hold up saying "Mommy is Pregnant" or something to that nature. It will be cute. You could also have a welcome home party and have small baby gifts for each kid to give him. (bottles, pacifiers, booties, bottle brush, etc. go to the dollar store) I hope these ideas helped.

It sounds like you could be pregnant.Wait untill your period is due and take a test. The only way to find out if your haveing multiples is to have a ultrasound.Currently, there is not a at home test that detects multiples.I wouldn't tell your husband that you are pregnant over the phone.Think of a special way to surprise him.Good luck

It wouldn't tell you whether you are having multiples the only thing that would tell you that would be an ultrasound, but with your most recent kids were twins it is very possible that you would probably have at least that again. Hold off until you are sure that you are pregnant.

Hello,
The pregnancy test will not tell you how many you are having, an ultrasound is the way to go there. Whether you tell him over the phone or in person is a tough decision. My take is that if he is going to be happy then wait, especially if you are early on in your pregnancy, and tell him in person. If he is going to be unhappy then tell him over the phone and give him time to adjust before he comes home to you and the gang. : )
