Are Macs worth all the hype?

dell. Macs are good for video and audio production and also for higher end graphics users. PC's running windows offer a lot more in the area of compatible software.

Never had a MAC. I'm using an HP, but I like the Sony's.

well i have a pc(emachines). they both have their pros and cons. i go to my friends house a lot and use her mac and it is good in a lot of ways. macs hace a lot of short cuts and really handy things u can use to make ur experience a lot easier but pcs are sometimes easier to handle, that is if u are accustomed to using one. on top of that, pcs have more games and downloads made for them than macs. its mostly a personal thing though. macs are really small and compact though as compared to pcs which have the montior and computer.

I have a Gateway PC. I've used Macs. They are different in the sense that you "click and drag" more things. I don't find them to be any better than PCs. I prefer a PC.

my desktop is a philips, it's quite good actually, but i use an HP laptop and it's average. gets real slow sometimes. i think u should get a mac if u want, from what i hear they are pretty good.
