animal testing?

as i m doing a pesentation on animal testing, please can any1 tell me something bout it.
weather its bad or wrong

It is all a matter of personal opinion.

There are some people out there that think it is ok to just use and abuse animals for any silly reason... even for makeup testing. There are others who think it is 100% wrong no matter what... even if it could save billions of lives. Then there are still others who think animal testing is wrong for stuff like makeup but ok for sound medical testing where there is no other options for testing.

Your best thing to do is gather as much information as you can about it (there is tons of info on the web) from both the good and bad sides of it and then allow people to form their own opinion. Like I said, just make sure you present both sides of the story and do not give a bias presentation.

Side note I read a medical journal article a few months back where they believe they have found a vaccine for malaria. Well it was not so much a vaccine but a way to stop the parasite that mosquitos carry that causes it. Malaria kills over a million people per year in Africa and also passes over to species of apes. They did this from testing on rats.
