Motorcycle Safety Foundation link. I went thru MSF for a 3 day class - written and practical - and it was a good class. Easy to take that card to DMV and to insurance office for a discount.

I STRONGLY second the MSF class. You'll learn a LOT, you'll be far safer to yourself on the roads, and you won't have to take the driving test (most states).
