take the pan and soak it in hot water. Take a fabric softener sheet and lay it on top of the water. Let it sit for about 20 Min's. All of the oil and burnt areas will come right off. Don't believe me. Try it. I have no idea how it works but it does. Have a nice day

Use Easy Off. I use it all the time for my pots and pans. When the crud is thick I use an SOS pad after, and only after the Easy Off is washed off. If the pan is still grotty (and it usually is) I then spray it again with Easy Off then when it's ready to come off I wipe it clean and use the pads again. I will repeat it if necessary. I use Easy Off almost all of the time for baked on foodstuff, and I would recommend it to be done in a well ventilated place. It works real good.

I don't know about teflon cleaners, but I have had good luck with using baking soda to remove the burned-on grease.

Best way I know & works, is to add enough warm water to cover the stain& add a tablespoon of baking powder /soda powder, Leave for ten min´s , then wash with your dish washing liquid. Great for burnt on stains too
