i Haven't talked to my brother in a while.
I thought I saw some one else in his car picking someone up that I didn't recognize at Caltrans.
When I called sunnyvale pd to do a welfare check on him one night, they didn't want to disturb the neighborhood or him so they just left a note in the morning, when he wouldn't have been there anyway, that is if he's still working.They didn't bust in the door. So how do they know if he's alright?
I tried to call. and there was no answer.
I have been harrasssed by the sunnyvale plice.. One actually got a job in Sacramento and illegally towed my car.
Some cops are mental cases, he may be afraid of them. I have been. but then what do you do if you need help?

I take it that your Brother is an adult. If he hasn't reported the car as stolen & it is in his name, there isn't much you can do, except call back & ask to speak to the WATCH COMMANDER of the Sunnyvale Police Station. Tell them your concerns over the Welfare Check & ask them to see if the note has been removed from the door. Don't read anything into it, just stick to the facts...your concern over the welfare of your brother. Period. Don't mention any of this other stuff because it isn't helping to get the results you need from the Police. If there is no reason why your Brother should be a concern, then perhaps you should arrange transportation to your Brothers residence & contact the Police when you arrive if you think things look or seem suspicious. Good luck. Ask the Police to question the neighbors regarding seeing your Brother if the note is still on the door.

If your local police department is being unhelpful, try your county sheriff's office instead, and if you've got the license plate number from the car, give it to them. Your brother might just be out of pocket at the moment, but if you have a bad feeling about not being able to contact him, then try to get help from someone until you find out what's up.
