To be honest with you, I never really got into older music. I prefer the here and now....there's good and bad in every musical generation. I love Depeche Mode's new stuff, Rihanna and Avril Lavigne. I'm not too into rap or country though.

I prefer what we refer to today as classic rock. There is some newer music I like, the ones you mentioned plus some groups like Green Day and a few others. but for the most part I stick to the rock of my generation.

I am of the older generation and love the older music. Some of the current is ok but prefer the oldies.

From the 90's on, I don't like as many songs as well before that time. I'll stick to my oldies. I like it all better than todays stuff.
