Storm Troopers did not yet exist during the time period 'Attack Of The Clones' takes place in. They were called 'Clone Troopers' because they were clones. After the fall of the clones and the during the birth of the Empire, they replaced the clone troopers with 'real' soilders called 'storm troopers' that first appeared in Episode IV: A New Hope. Notice the storm troopers in 'A New Hope' all look different because they are NOT clones but rather real people.
