What color eyeliner should i wear if i have blue eyes, pale skin, and dirty blonde hair?

I'd forgo blush, and look for some cool shades in eye shadow. Almay has a line for specific eye colors, and the blue line has 3. 2 have different blues and the third has browns and pinks. Try getting a pallette of colors cheap (like ordache or Wet n wild) and try different things with the clothes your wearing. I have similar skin/eyes with light blonde hair and use more tans and browns, and go for blues and pinks with blue mascara when not working or in a more fun feel.

Physician's Formula puts out the neatest irridescent eyeliner that is brown when you turn one way, and blue-green when you turn the other. I woudl say that would be a great bet, since it gives you the best of both worlds.

You definitely can't go wrong with brown. Black can look too harsh on fair skin. You also might want to try olive green (it sounds weird, but can look good on very light skin) or midnight blue.
