It will importantly involve two squibbs (people who are born of magical parents, but themselves have no magical powers). One is Argus Filch, custodian of Hogwarts. The other is Arabella Figg, whom the Dursley's entrusted with Harry when they had an outing too good to take Harry out on. Arabella Figg testified in Harry's favor when he was brought up on charges of having used magic out of school. Dumbledore included her in the Order of the Phoenix--again! It will become important that squibbs are outcasts, discriminated against, looked lown upon, yet able to save the magical world!

no one does except jkr, mary grandpre(the lady who draws the US cover art), arthur levine(scholastic publisher), uk publisher, jim dale(the guy who makes the hp audiobooks), and the person who did the uk cover art.
the book's coming out july 21, if you can stand to wait that long (sarcasm).
