Actually, lots of things stick to Teflon (but not very well) Teflon won't stick to pans so they start with a 95/5% mixture of aluminum/teflon to get a bond with the Al pan. The next layer is about 50/50 and the final is just about pure teflon. Pure Teflon is really too soft to use and has to have something added to it to make it withstand moderate abrasion from cooking utensils and washing. Lots of glue systems are sticky enough to stick to Teflon but it takes a very special reactive glue to actually bond to Teflon. (Nasty and dangerous to work with!)

You are correct about the non-stick properties of Teflon. It turns out the the manufacturers of pots and pans with non-stick coating must create a very rough surface into which the Teflon will flow into the cracks and crannies, making a mechanical bond. See the reference below.

The glue acts to "temporarily stick" the logo
BUT
because of Teflon's ability to prevent "stick" means that the logo can be easily removed without damage to the surface (unlike removing labels from other items).

Isn't it embossed into the Teflon? I wouldn't know for sure as I do not own any Teflon pans.

When a logo is adhered to a teflon surface, the adhesive is also fluorinated. "Like dissolves like" and all that.
