Isolate n by dividing both sides by 17...so:
m/17=17n/17
(m/17)=n

Unless you know what m is, you can't really get a numerical value for this one, however you can represent n in terms of m. Proceed as if this was a normal algebra problem; get n alone.
This can be done in one easy move: divide both sides by 17. The result is:

m/17 = n
