I've not met anybody famous (although I did see Jack White at Harrods) but my friend recently met Sharon Osbourne in Vegas. She kept her cool and had a great chat with Sharon. It turns out that Sharon is the nicest person ever and is completely down to earth!

I've always wanted to meet my favorite stars and I probably would freak out but I wouldn't faint. I mean, they are people just like us, right? You met Zac Efron?! Ah! Lucky you<3! I can't wait till Hairspray comes out, he's going to be so hot in it (:

Ive never fainted, but I did meet Soleil Moon Frye at summer camp in 94...never watched the show, so I didnt really know who she was. (she was a camp councelor.)
Also met Penn and Teller at a local playhouse. Was kind of surprised when Teller spoke. I had my pic taken with them and they were both holding a Mad Magazine, but freaking Mad Mag DIDNT give me my damn free 3 year subscription...instead though, a month later, they DID PRINT another readers letter who also saw Penn and Teller live, brought their mad mag. but forgot the camera. Needless to say I was pissed. 4 months ago, Mischa Barton was signing autographs and taking pics with fans at the local Nordstroms. But I didnt freak out. Maybe if I met my fav. supremodels or something, I might get excited....down there if you know what I mean. ;-)

Many years ago, I met the late Rod Serling, the writer/producer of the Twilight Zone. I didn't totally freak out but I was sooooooooo excited to have met him. He was a brilliant man & I am thankful for having had the honor of meeting him, two months before his death.

No. I remember seeing Jerry Lewis and Barbara Streisand and they seem as normal as any of us dumb mortals. Nothing particular "awesome" on these folks. Bet I would have felt the same if I had met Abraham Lincoln or Socrates. No big deal!

If you count going SPEECHLESS as freakin out, yes I did...I met and shook Sir PHIL COLLINS hand before his LAST TOUR show in cleveland, ohio, after his sound check, which I got to sit thru...all I could squeek out was, "It's a pleasure to meet you."...and I couldn't talk anymore, I was in awe of this musical master.
