If you need a puller, try renting it from you local tool rental. This in combination of the Hammer/Wd-40 method works well. Just be careful you don't bend your pulley out of shape.

That bottom pully is keyed to the shaft. Shouldn't need a puller. Get some wd-40 into it and tap it with a hammer all around. It should just slide off when it's ready.

They do make a pully,. but I will tell you how and save you money.
First of all remove the blade and the blade adapter.
Then take sand paper and clean that shaft real good all the way up to the pully.
Then take WD-40 and spray it all over the pully top and bottom.
Then take a hammer and lightly tap the pully until the rust loosens inside and the pully will come loose and drop free.

I've done this on Snapper Mowers mostly that have that belt pully and on Sears self propell as well.

Yes, Home depot, Lowe's, local auto parts store will have what you need, before you start pulling take some emery cloth and sand the rust off and then put some penetrating oil on the shaft. Hope this helps
