You get it to spin fast from outside, and once it's picked up some speed, you make it stop abruptly. That's the only Idea I have, but it could get you hurt, those things are heavy to being with!
FYI, don't do it at the airport, I'm sure security wouldn't be too keen on it, and most likely won't be laughing, those guys have no sense of humor, sheesh! Not that I've done it, of course.

actually two of the doors fold so it can be locked, so push the opposite way
