Bonds is relaced by Joe Young in MLB 2k7
The stats/attributes go along with Bonds' actual ratings.
I would assume it's due to him not allowing his likeness to be included in the games.

Bonds has not appeared in MLB 06 the show either He is replaced by Reggie Stocker

Daisuke Matsuzaka and Barry Bonds are not in MLB 07: The Show because neither one are part of the Major League Players Association. All members are included in video games, so if you're not a member, you're not in it.

Bonds IS a member of the MLBPA.
However, for the last few seasons, he has opted out of signing over his personal image/likeness licensing rights to the MLBPA's marketing division. Thus he cannot be included in any licensed items unless the licensor gets a personal agreement directly with Bonds or his representatives. Topps can still produce Bonds cards because Topps always gets individual contracts with the players, and they have a deal with Bonds.

Don't take this as the absolute truth, but my best assumption is this: As you may notice Barry Bonds isn't in most of the Major League Baseball games produced. I've came to believe Bonds isn't a part of the MLBPA (players association) which does the licensing with memorabilia and video games. I don't know if that is actually true, but I chalk it up to that.

He isn't in there, or in ANY videogame.
You see, Bonds is such a jack*** that he won't let anyone other than the MLB Player's association use his name or image, and he won't let them license it out. He does this because all he gives a rat's *** about is himself and doesn't care about the game of baseball or its fans.
