Kobe isn't going anywhere.

I think he wants to stay "on top" and up until this year, he was the youngest "star" who didn't go to college, who had won 3 championships, and now with Tony Parker also having 3 rings plus an MVP, Kobe has to play catch up. Not only that, Tony is 25 - Kobe doesn't have any MVP at 28. Kobe needs to know that Tony did this as a team player - he doesn't stand out and/or away from his team; Kobe is a lone player.

Jerry buss the owner should just come to term's that he made the biggest mistake of his business career by letting a early 20's old run his team to the ground......

Jerry trade him get what you can your the laker's after all man
you put almost 10 championship banner's up on the ceiling...
stop this kid's mouth and get back into the business of winning not babysitting.

Don't get worked up about it, dude. Kobe is pure Lakers, and the situation would have to be A LOT worse for him to trade. I just think he's threatening that so he'll gain more leverage and make the Lakers an all-around better team.

in the laker legacy he forgot to say magic to shaq...LOL

he knows the west has strong teams, like spurs,
dallas, phoenix, and now utah, golden state,
denver, and soon portland and seatle.
He is scared that he won't win again, so he wants
to go east to play in a weak conference so he can
score alot and have a better shot at getting to the
finals.
personally i think its a mistake, because if he
goes to NY or Chicago the press there will
be hard on him when he loses and will run him
out of the league into retirement.
after all he is not a difference maker like shaq.

As long as the JERK doesn't come to the Houston Rockets I don't care. The guy thinks he's the next Jordan, but will never live up to his own expectations. He's a team killer. If your a Lakers fan I hope you keep this guy, because other than his hot wife, nobody wants this clown.

RINGS SINCE BREAK-UP
Shaq- 1
Kobe- 0
