if i bought a door with a manual window could it be changed to electric the same as the one already on the car. can the motor screw on where the handle used to be.

Yes i believe you can do so as long as you have the wiring already fitted inside the door, otherwise you are looking at a long old job, but you will need the E.C.U unit as well as the door panel for the switch(es) the mech costs about £15 from a breakers yard and you remove it yourself you just put all the bolts in your tool box along with the E.C.U or if you are honest expect to pay another £5 for that, but take care to not the positioning of the bolts so when you fit it to your door.

yes remove the door panel inner and peel weather curtain check harness (wiring ) leading into the door aside the hinge hopefully you will have a moter plug blanked off ,if so purchase new moterised regulator or kit and replace regulator un clip glass and remore before attemting to remove reg

yes you can get electric motors that fit on the door you take your window winders off and replace with the motor

No.

You'll have to change the whole door, have it painted, install wiring, relays and fuse to power it.
And possibly switches in the center console.

Expect to pay around $6000.00 (US)
