Because it feels good and is very sexy. You may think it is gross, but I have had more good looking guys and girls try to strike up conversations with me in the park when I take my dog for a walk when I am barefoot, than if I have my shoes on . I usually leave my sandals in the car if it is warm out. I have good looking feet,and don't care if people gawk at me.There is way more guys and girls out there that have foot fetishes than most of us realize.

I'm purely an at home barefooter... unless my shoes do not fit or say on or if I cannot find my shoes or if it's just a quick run to a spot somewhere.

Not sure about everybody, but i enjoy being barefoot outside to feel the grass between my toes. Yep, i enjoy the mud too. In the house i am afraid i might step on one of the kids' sharp toys, so it is shoes inside! Best wishes!
