You have to be a professional actor and live in New York City.

One Life to Live is taped in New York City.

Ask your parents to call the CommunityTheater where you live and ask if they can recommend an acting school for you.

Good Luck.

I have an acquaintance who recently appeared on a soap opera as an extra. She attended the School of Film and Television in NYC. I'm not sure if they do open casting calls, so you would probably need to get an agent to get you an audition time.

There are lots of schools out there that have amazing theater and/or film departments, and it would be worth it to find some names and do some extensive research about what programs they offer, and what they require for admittance. Very few will let people in without an audition.

Here is a site I found. You can click on a state (Like AZ!) and see schools in each state that offer performing arts programs, and from there I suggest you do some intense research.

REVISION:
Yes, it would be good to have a resume, after all, you are applying for a job.

It is not a requirement to go to an acting school, but it wold definitely help you TONS, and without that kind of an education, unless you are EXTREMELY naturally talented, it would be very, very hard to land a professional acting job without a good education behind you. Casting directors look for that, and it lets them know you know what you're doing.
