Neat names. I like:

Cordelia (<3 this name)
Elleanne (This is cool. I never heard it before. I also like Elodie, Elleri, Ellia, and Eliana, which sound similar)
Emaline (I prefer Emmeline, though)
Jocelyn (<3)
Krysta (I like the spelling Krista)
Laci (I like the spelling Lacey)
Olivia (Latin - Olive)
Paige (English - Page)
Rosabelle (You might also like Rosalind, Rosa, Rosario, Rosaria, Rosette)

I love Laci! I think a last name will be easier to help tho--I could help with first and middle better--but here are a few I like.
Lacy Isabell, Payton Olivia, Christelle Paige, Cadence Elisha, Krysta or Klara Gabriella. Hope these help!! Good Luck!!

I like Cadence and Paige. I know more boy Payton's than I do girls. Elleanne I think is hard to say. Olivia has been super popular in recent years.

I love your names! Very nice original thinking, and none that hard to pronounce or weird sounding. Here are my comments

Adalene- Delightful. Uncommon but easy to interpret, close to Madalene without being so overused. Adaline would also be very nice, but depends if you want Adda-leen or Adda-line Really, really good
*****

Bethany- I dont really like it, but its not bad, quite pretty. Beth is lovely
**

Cadence- Not really for me. Not very feminine
*

Christelle- Not, I really dont like this. Also, see belolw re Krystal champagne.
*

Cordelia- Love Delia and Cordy (one good for girly girl. one for tomboy) so yes, very good. Slight connotation to Buffy the vampire slayer, but I think that would only be with my generation as its stopped now.
***/*

Elisha- Nice, but again not for me.
**

Elleanne- Is this pronounced Ellie-anne, El-leeann, El-ann? I would adore this spelt Ellianne or Elianne
**** (Elliane/Elianne)

Emaline- Have you thought of it as Emmeline (Em-me-leen) or Emmaline (Emma-line? I think the former looks and sounds very pretty
**** (Emmeline)

Gabriella- I am prevented from liking this more due to bad personal connotations with the name Gabbi, but very nice. Good for middle
****

Isabell- Popular @ mo. Good for middle
***

Jocelyn- Time for a come back with this one, though depends on the baby. It wouldnt suit some children so I'd wait till the birth before giving this name. Jocelynn also good.
****

Kaia- Nice too, would go well with longer more flowery/ unusual middle, I keep thinking Kaia Meadow. Needs longish surname.
***/*

Klara- Love it as Clara, and thats not that common either.
***/* (Clara)

Krysta- No, really not nice for me. Too much like Krystal, the overpriced trendy champagne necked by fools (in my opinion). Krista improves a bit but not that much.
* (Krista)

Laci- Dont like it, also quite different style comp to your other choices
*

Olivia- Always like this one, though very popular. Good as a middle
***

Paige- Okayish, though my intial reaction doesnt like it.
*/*

Payton- Not at all feminine to me. Really dislike surname first names

Rosabelle- Always lovely, and a nice, less common version of the rose names. Rosabella would also work.

Instead of Rosabelle, I like Isabella Rose. Also instead of Adalene, maybe Adaline. Another one that I like is Olivia Faith.
