only if you did something nice for someone, if you cared for them, or if you were just a REALLY good friend to them. People who deserve flowers are the people who don't do things just to get something good. They do it because they feel like they need to and that it's their duty to and that they want to not to receive things. Are you the good person who does good deeds for OTHER people or are you the person who does good deeds for THEMSELVES? If you're the 1st one sure I'd send you flowers but if you're the 2nd one i REALLY wouldn't.
