Adult porn is not against the law in the US. Only depiction of children and sexual activity.

The same reason anything else is against the law. Some due process is used to create laws, which are decided upon by a government. In the US, this would be the Congress.

In the US, most pornography is not against the law, so this question would not apply here.

here in the U.S only child porn is. Like kids under the age of 18. I don't see what the big deal is. It's just natural human body, look at porno all you want I don't care

Ummm, no it's not. You walk into any video store and they are readily available. On the other hand, downloading child porn is definately against the law

Simply because it is immoral. Laws are in place to protect the moral values of society. Simple as that.

porn is not against the law, but kiddie porn is. but all porn should be outlawed
