As a percentage, how much time do you require alone and how much time do you require socially?

What prevents you from meeting your quota?

Cathy does Spirit. I'd argue that many people have a quotient for the time they spend socially and alone. Even if you didn't answer.

good question... let me first say i do not think there is a "right" answer to this question... perhaps come are healthier than others, i think extremes of just about anything is unhealthy.

i am very social, VERY extroverted, i'd say 75% with others including work & social. 25% alone time.

at times though, this changes, when i need to think about a problem or something in my life needs reflection, then the alone-time-need is higher.
