You and everyone else in the state will pay for the health care plus the government bureaucracy to run it. Businesses pass taxes onto consumers in the form of higher prices. If the taxes get too high, the businesses will start leaving the state. Ask the governor of California how that works.

Bad logic here, then the people are still paying for it, but would actually pay more because the government got involved. Money for the state comes from it's people. Communism doesn't work in the long run.
