I normally wouldn't be stingy with my stars, but Y!A gives us a limit, so that's why I have to be picky.

Well, I'm only stingy because all my contacts will see the starred question. Do I really think it's that important? I would gladly give a thumbs up because it doesn't draw anyones attention and it is simply a compliment, but that option is no longer available.

On level 7 I am allowed 100 stars per day. I star every question I answer. I usually run out everyday.
When you star a question it shows on your fans page. That way they see it for sure also.
