b. as a working mom of 3 sometimes between swimming soccer and ballet we will get a bite of fast food to eat. i usually order salad, or healthier menu items though.

A. I like it. A bit. But, my body absolutely dispises it. Plus, it is not cheap, and I plan my day so I can cook at night.

B, but rarely due to not having time to make my own lunch. Due to budgeting needs, I do this, only rarely, and it's usually healthy choices anyway, subway & such.
