i really want to get the national Dex and if u could help i also need some help on getting a drifbloon which i can only get on fridays but i am going to Albania Tuesday so i need some help is their any other way to get it please help me please thank you!!

Lumineon-go to the route on the way to sunystone you'll find a trainer who has one, or you can evolve a Finneon on level 31.
Drifloon-go to the iron works on fridays and a drifloon will be standing outside the grass, fight it and capture it. Remember, you only have one chance every friday.

you can get a lumineon after you beat the elite four and you must get a super rod (i don't know where it is) and fish by:
canalave city, route 218,219,220,221, iron island or fuego ironworks
