NTH s the in elementary words English note with out a vowel it means to the end or very last degree. There are Celtic and Welsh words which include CWM meaning valley yet in fairness the W interior the Welsh language is a vowel. words which include DRY or DRY with in elementary words a Y in them can't remember because that remembering the former rule A, E, I, O, U and frequently Y, meaning at the same time as appearing on my own in a note it is a vowel. So NTH is it.

syzygy - in Astronomy, syzygy refers to the nearly straight-line configuration of three celestial bodies (as the sun, moon, and earth during a solar or lunar eclipse) in a gravitational system. In ordinary usage, it means any two related things, either alike or opposite

I looked up the meaning of the last word at Merriam Webster & Dictionary.com for the benefit of those (including me) who are not familiar with the word. The list I give above are words that are more or less common (and readable,) but other vowelless words do exist such as the interjections "psst," or "tsk."
