Do you like it fried, baked, broiled, boiled, grilled or roasted?

I dont want to say a specific food because then you might not like the food and the question is about the process.

Well fried is terrible for you, but tastes the best. Baked is eh so so. Broiled and grilled are healthy and tasty, and basicly not totally the same. Boiled, well okay? Yum roasted! Wait what food are you talking about?
