There is no real size of the universe. It is continually expanding. Not only that, there are an unpercievable amount of objects in our universe, for much if it is invisible, hence dark matter. For more information, use my resource or go online to get better details.

the universe don`t have any limit. it is expanding
(BIG BANG THEORY)
take a ballon and make stars on it. now blow air in ballon and tie the balllon with air inside it. U will notice that the stars have moved apart
this same case happens with the universe because of blasting of nebula (the hot ball of gas from which heavenly bodies originated). the blasting was so strong that it affects can be felt now also. the scientists had told this big bang theory because they saw that all galaxies are moving away from each other. this is just a belief but no one knows the truth.

scientists have also found that there are almost 10(raise to the power 22) stars in the universe from which about 6000, we can see from our naked eyes.we don`t have any estimation of the other bodies but i heard once that new solar system has been found.

No one. But it is thought to have in excess of about 10^22 stars and to be about 158 Billion light years across (inflation caused). ~
