Just be patient. You might need to call everyday to see if they have it. The stores never know when their going to get their next shipment. Just be patient. :)

Pay attention to GoNintendo.com, they usually report on when stores are receiving shipments. Just call your local retailers and ask them when their next shipments are too

Then ask if you can at least pre order one, at least that way you know you will get one.
