Free Market - competiton leaves benefits up for the consumers... all bad products and services are not purchased and they fade away, leaving only good products and services.

With everything that is government-run, a bad idea or a bad plan will continue to have money pumped into it. Since there is no competition, there is no way to change it to something better. Instead of people choosing what they want to buy or sell, they vote on a government offical and hope that the government will know what they want to buy or sell.

Agree with the previous answer. The invisible hand of competion keeps the playing field level and the consumer protected. Competitive situations create the best opportunities for the businesses, their employees, and the end user.
