I'd say sadness, it's much easier to treat than loneliness.

This is a typical situation in choosing the better one among the sadness or loneliness.
But surely no one will want to be sad all the life sadness and happiness are two sides of the same kind how can it be possible that a man will be always sad some one some day will surely bring light to ones life.
Loneliness is far far better than sadness atleast you can be of your own living a life where no one hurts you and your pure feelings. Loneliness will bring your more close to god and his path.
A typical question and interesting too.
god bless!

Both are bad. But continuous sadness will affect your health adversely. There are many people who are afflicted with sadness in spite of having the best in life. On the otherhand there are people who are lonely but not sad. Hence loneliness is better because it does not necessarily result in sadness. However sadness can come about in the company of people.

Both are equal. Loneliness leads to sadness, as sadness leads to loneliness.

would say sadness to loneliness, 'coz being sad means being upset at something, something which we thought was to happen right, didnt turn out that way. we planned some and it turn the other way. expectations crashed. where as, being lone is a good time for self realisation and discovery. so the better thing is by far being lonely but not for long.

I d say loneliness because if your lonely you can quite easily find another human being to be with or talk too......Sadness on the other hand is a little bit more tricky

Loneliness is better than sadness because sadness effects more on our physical or mental health. We can also entertain ourselves if we are all alone.

They stem from the same emotional part of the brain I think. Loneliness is felt first because as humans we're communal. Sadness is felt when we realize we are alone.

Both are easily solved. As to which may be better to experience, I would say loneliness. Sadness, like grief, is usually connected to some sense of loss.
