Ebay is a good choice. Another would be Amazon.com. You may also try any number of the used education txtbook dealers which are online to seek out if such a manual exists. There may not be a "solutions" manual but only the teacher's edition of the textbook availbale for purchase containg a brief explanation of the problems.

Of course, it's not going to help you prepare for tests and the final if you don't understand how to actually think through the problems or understand the concepts....

Try EBay

Enter a search for "physics" and a choice will pop up for you to select "books."

You can find nearly any teacher edition of any type of science book. School books must be replaced every 5 years in IN and many teachrs get rid of old or unneeded samples on EBay.
