Fresas con crema!!!
strawberries and cream mexican style:
strawberries
sourcream
sugar
'lechera' brand condensed milk-1 of those 2 inch tall little cans
cottage cheese
-wash and chop up the strawberries
-put in large bowl and add lots of sour cream, enough to thickly coat all strawberries with some left over
-add enough cottage cheese to add some liquidyness to mix, or about as much as you want
-add about 1/2 can of lechera, a little at a time, until you thing it's sweet enough.
-add sugar to taste, more lechers=less sugar
mix and serve cold-ish!
