Yes you can, As long as the computer has the same interface (plug) for the connection and has drivers (software that communicates between the os), ex. Windows Xp..you will be all set!

the lexmark printer, comes with an instalationCD. If the program on that CD is compatable with thegate ways operating soft ware, the printer ought to work fine.

If it is just a printer and not a combo unit you should be able to simply plug it into a usb port and Windows should recognize it.
