Mainly because those establishments have to pay a tax to be open....Health and liquor It's bs.......

Because they are frequented by the public, as apposed to your home!

Well, if you call paying less than minimum wage a subsidy, then I guess they are, They should not be allowed to get away with that, especially since there are SO MANY big tippers out there!

I think it's any were the public has access. but it's not the property of the gov. or anyone but the owner

They're not public property, they are "places of public accomidation". There is a difference.

Now, I know it is summer vacation, but please read for 15 minutes everyday so you are prepared when school starts again in september. We don't want any detentions this year.

no and I believe they should be the ones who decide whether to allow smoking or not.
