Cut sugar consumption.Keep away from sweets,chocos,ice creams and fatty food.Bend and touch your toes with fingures 100 times morning and evening.Do cycling for 30 -45 minutes a day.Do not use lift as far as possible,walk as far as possible.Good luck.

liposuction! I dieted and excercised but couldnt get rid of fat around my stomach area, had liposuction and my stomach is now flat and fat free still three years after the surgery!

situps to 100 a day
stomach crushes up to 100 a day
touch your toes up to 100 a day
no sugar stuff-cakes,ice cream,ete
started slow do 10 then 20 to you get to 100 a day and by then you would lost it.

If you try and cut sugar out that will really help. Also do sit ups and things that work your abs so you can tone them. Thats just a little something you can do.

RUN RUN RUN
Try treamills ins and outs. I mean run fast for 1 minute then walk for 1 minute. Repeat this exercise for at least 20 minutes.

Sit ups do NOT burn fat, cardio does. So run or walk or jog anything to get your heartrate up.
