Age........age is a mere state of mind. You could be "old" anywhere between 20 and 120, it depends on how you look at life and how it looks back at you.

Most people don't really consider age in number of years unless it's really evident on the surface, meaning biologically. They do make their age considerations in how a person looks. If the lady has grey hair and doesn't walk too sprightly, she's looked upon as "old" even if she's in her 40's. If a 70 year old man has aged well, doesn't have a face full of wrinkles and has a decent body build and, maybe, jogs every morning, he probably doesn't look very "old".

I do not consider a person to ever be old, just refined and defined according to the laws of nature. Some will age well, others will not. As far as it goes, if I absolutely had to define "old" it would be age 120+, and then under duress!

One other thing, so many people today look down upon the aging population with disrespect forgetting two major things in their lives. 1)It's that aging population that made it possible for them to have the things that they do today by their wonderful work ethic and great minds. 2)From the moment of conception we are all headed in the direction of "old" each second that we live.

No age. I have seen 40/50 yr olds with the energy of 10 year olds, 60 yr olds with the childishness of teens, and 90 yr olds who still cook, shop, go out, clean, walk, see, and do most everything for themselves.

Anyone who has given up and stopped taking care of themselves. I have autopsied people who's ages varied greatly but their physiology had one thing in common; poor health. The good news is that we can control our diets, attitudes (to some extent) and habits and therefore stay young! I'm 33 and having the best time of my life! :)
