Rape is not about sex ... rape is about control.
Sexual Slavery is wrong; but sadly a crime that goes on during war. I have read historically that these go hand in hand. Saddam Hussein’s brothers seemed to be into creating the "Slave Houses" and filled them with children (10-14 year old girls). I cheered when the USA got the real sick brother who was most into that.
The US & UK too are not being the shiny example they need to be. The large evacuations leaving Iraq are creating brothels in surrounding area's, which appears to be a place of orgies for all (Muslims, Westerners, & Asians) involved in the war. Since these women cannot work they are often stolen and enslaved into this life. Now when “Rape” occurs on a prostitute there is usually a price that makes up for the damage … historically the prostitute is treated like “Property” of the pimp rather than a human. Usually it’s not the woman who seeks the damages, but her owner (who’s wrongfully enslaved her aka Pimp). This is because men are aggressive. However, Clint Eastwood did a film about the women getting revenge … check it out.

Not at all.
Rape is never right, it is the ultimate humiliation to a human being, man or woman.
80% of times in many third world countries prostitutes are enslaved, living in horrible conditions and FORCED to be prostitutes. NO prostitute does it because she "likes it", but because they "have to".
Rape is one of the most horrendous crimes and many times murder goes with it. It is sick and just sick people that do it.
During times of war, it becomes a weapon, another way of humiliating the enemy.
So many innocents are victims to this :-(

First of all the US and UK militaties do not promote prostitution; even though there may be a few girls who have managed to get a few bucks on the side for services rendered. This distinction has to be made first before anyone can say anything. Rape is something that is going to happen when you have around 20 guys to a supposed every 3 girls, something has got to give along the lines. My opinion is placed upon a victim opportunity scenario; where the victim just so happens to be in the right place at the right time; whereas the victimizer takes his opportunity, which can also be said for a group of females looking for a male; he just so happens to be in the right place at the right time, thus they also take their opportunity makin him their victim. Keep in mind prostitution and rape are two different things; it's like saing blue is blue and yellow is yellow; whereas blue cannot be yellow and yellow cannot be blue.

There are some real sicko's out there. It's a defense mechanism: justification, blame, denial, projection, splitting, and so on. This way their conscience is clear. They simply refuse to 'own' the problem.

Not at all. Rape is never justified. And if it's gang rape...it just goes to show the guys involved were bisexual. Straight guys can't be around other naked guys and feel aroused.

There is no justification for rape. Ever. Even prostitutes only do it consensually.

Iam not aware of any laws that set conditions for a man to perform rape with impunity.
