Are the Troops really fighting for USA freedom? If so How?

Did not USA soldiers fight for USA freedom to take the lands from the Native American?

Are they defending the Constitution Of the USA? If so How?

How much of the Constitution Of the USA do you supposed the troops know or understand? What percentage know or understand it? How in depth is their review of Constitution of the USA before taking the oath to defend it? How often is an in depth review of Constitution Of the USA done by ordinary USAcitizens?

If Lawyers, Judges, Politicians understand the Constitution Of the USA best, why are not they on the frontline instead of the troops?

If so how our freedom at risk?
Are they just mindlessly following orders?

Will not those same troops be obliged to kill, maime, torture, imprison, etc, USAmerican citizens if ordered to do so?

Military do not fall under the same category as we do. They are not civilians, the rules, even religious, are not the same for them. Ask any priest or rabbi, they will tell you the same. They do commit heinous and unnecessary acts of which I care not to mention, but as long as they are following orders, they are doing what they are supposed to do. The commandments were not taking military personnel into consideration, and that is something that we all need to keep in mind. Just as police, fire fighters and ambulances do not have the same traffic laws as we do, so too do the military have other rules. They are doing their job, which if we are not in their same position, we probably can not understand, as is the case with many other subjects. Do not judge them, just pray for their safe return and and end to all conflict.

Please do not blame the troops for this mess. You must give them the honor they deserve for making the obligation to serve the United States of America. Part of their oath, whether they are well versed in the constitution, is to follow the orders of their leader, or Supreme Commander, what ever W is called. You need to ask the questions about leaders that did not try other means of more effective warfare tactics, Which to me is obvious, that the politicians of today have no embrace. The troops are being watched over, have faith.

Freedom? its a big question and I have seen many people rush to give the answer, do they really know what freedom really means. this question should be asked to the persons who were oppressed for 50 years or 60 years or .... and then the fought and gain their freedom, like the Indians/Pakistanis, South Africa, Philpines, Indonasia and the Viatnam they were all oppressed and invaded by France, Bretain, Italy, America. these are the people who can give you the correct defination of freedom. A person may be a terrorist for one party but a freedom fighter for the other party. take for instance, at the time of British rule in India, if you supported the british rule over india then the people who were fighting against British will be terrorist for you, and if were against the british rule then same people will be freedom fighters for you. the situation is same in Iraq and Afghanistan. the situation is so complicated that you can nither support nor go against this situation its better keep distance as you do not know what is correct.

I wonder how the US freedom is at risk when they are fighting somewhere else, where most of the people of the US don't even know where that is?

They are not fighting for US freedom; they are fighting because someone is telling them to.

They are fighting for politics and oil and America's "do as we say, not as we do" mindset. (and I'm American, so don't think I'm just someone bashing America for the heck of it)

When someone signs up for the military, they become property of the U.S. government. PROPERTY. That is why they are fighting. They are ordered to.
