I'd vote for Mitt... for the two answers above mine.. name a politician who has not changed their view on any given topic... just one... The question is... was it changed to the RIGHT view? I do like to see people able to change for the better...

And for Jev... you just don't like him because he is Mormon... what an intelligent synopsis of someones character built on your biased hate towards a group of people.

If I was a Republican, he would certainly be one of my top choices.

I get tired of people talking about him flip-flopping. In fact, I don't think I've heard one example of him flip-flopping. I have heard that he has changed his opinion on a few issues, but he hasn't gone back and forth. It may better be said that he has evolved. I think many people go from being pro-choice to pro-life. I have certainly gotten much more conservative on some issues over the last 10 years (like many do as they get older), but not enough to register as a Republican. To hold it against someone that they have changed their view on something is rediculous. I certainly don't want any politician I vote for to be completely static. If someone is wrong or obtains a new perspective they should stick to it and not be ingenuine and say they haven't.

Anyway, I like Romney. He seems like a good family man and a man of morals. He has a sharp mind and knows how to get things done. He truly isn't your typical politician.

I'd vote for Romney, Thompson, Huckabee, Hunter, Tancredo. Any of these men would be better than the she men running for the Democrat nomination.

If the election were held today (and I were old enough to vote) I would probably vote for Romney. However, I'm waiting until closer to the elections when there is more information and possibly more candidates to pick from. I also think Mike Huckabee would be a good president.

I'm not voting for Mitt the Molester !
What ever makes a grown man attracted to a 15yo little girl, was the same then, as it is now ! A perversion ! So what if he ended up marrying her? Does that make it all better if the molester marries the victim? The guy wears 'Magic Underwear' as a sign of his faith !?! Everyone knows the Mormons were a perverted cult that was exiled to the waste lands of the Utah Territories to do as they wished with each other. Don't let his fine hair cut and devilish smile drag into his creepy world ! I'm not impressed by ANYcandidate on either side....yet !

Romney is the biggest shape shifting, flip-flopper to grace the Republican ticket. Although neo-cons support the phonies, true conservatives probably won't. Thus he would lose in the general election.

Hillary Clinton faces the same problem. She may be able to win the primary, then up pops the independents during the general election.

I'm voting for Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Mitt Romney has about as much chance of winning the presidency as a snowball has staying solid in a pressure cooker.

You can count me in. He will be another strong leader like Ronald Regan who took a lot of communist out of business. Mitt Romney can do the same for the Terrorist leaders.
