First his own teammates and now players on the other teams, is there any reason to be concerned about his actions and if so what do you do about it?

I think he's just a real emotional pitcher and doesn't know how to keep his self under control. Have you seen the guy pitch? It's like he lives or dies on every pitch. If I was a leader on that team I would talk to him about it and let him know the team really relies on him. You wouldn't want him to lose his edge because that's what allows him to be the pitcher he is. Can you even imagine Zambrano with no emotion. Just wouldn't seem right.

He is no good to the team if he gets hurt in a fight, I think the Cubs really need to get after him about all this, it's not good.

Yes and give him some classes on anger management.

this guy definitely has mental problems...........i think right now his arm outweighs them though. He should be sent to some counselling and anger management and let him know this cant get any worse.
