Where can i get really good (not extreamly expensive) including weapons, armour, sheilds, ect. ect.

The markets (year markets and Ren-Fairs), or contact a near SCA or re-enactment group.
Even when they have a different period, they often have the contacts or know the way.

But expect to pay a lot, all is handmade, and that does not come cheap.
