the browns will not make the playoffs.....they are too inexperienced at QB if they start quinn and they o-line still need some work. There D-fense isnt anything to brag about and plus they are in a division with the steelers, bengals, and the ravens so they are not getting in maybe in the next 5 years

This year? Not likely. They are too likely to throw Quinn in by Mid-season. If you stick with Frye all season they still have little to no chance. They are in such a tough division. It isn't going to be an easy season either. Playing the AFC East and NFC West. Not exactly the weakest divisions. AFC is too good for even an 8-8 team to make the playoffs, and I think they go closer to 4-12 or 6-10 at best. Just based on the schedule and how likely I expect Brady to get put in. Besides we know how great that O-Line is at HELPING a QB. Remember when Frye got KILLED by the Steelers because they were counting the snap count with him. If the Browns O-Line was doing it's job(in particular the CENTER) they would have been telling him to DISGUISE THE COUNT and helping him if he needed it.

As much as I love my Browns I think we can expect a 500 record, maybe even 9-7.
They aren't quit ready to yet. They have alot of raw talent, but are still shallow on depth and experience. Both of these problems are not as severe as last season, but they are still there..
They do not really stand a chance of winning their division this season. That will go to either Baltimore or the Begals, (Steelers will be in the basement).
I'd say the Browns, if the stay on course, will be a serious contender for the division in a couple of seasons.

Not in 2007. The Browns are not quite ready to be contenders yet. Maybe when Brady Quinn is ready to be the teams starting, franchise QB and gets used to the NFL in a few years then we'll talk about playoffs. But now, PLAYOFFS? You wanna talk about playoffs? PLAYOFFS? Hahaha. Jim Mora Sr.
Im guessing this team makes the playoffs in another few years, but this isnt the year. They have a bright future, with Quinn, Joe Thomas, Eric Wright, and Jamal Lewis, who alot of people forgot about because of their great draft. Not this year, thier division is WAY too tough. Im guessing 9-7 this year.

I don't think the Browns will make the playoffs for the same reason the Cardinals didn't make the playoffs even with their amazing offensive potential and that is lack of experience from the on-field leader

No. First they are in a tough division with Pittsburgh, Baltimore, and Cincinnati. Second the AFC has probably 8 teams good enough to go to the SB and Cleveland is not one of them.

Hey buddy, what world are you living in?
They're the browns!
They have an inexperienced QB, the defense could use "some "work, and who are their WRs anyway (I think they have Jurevicious, but I'm not sure)?

Only on a video game, and then it's even unlikely. Cleveland Browns are the joke of the NFL.
