Hello:

I would have to answer b,because on the nights that I have to do grocery shopping,and there is nothing to eat at home,then we go out to a fast food restaurant. My two favorite fast food restaurants are Wendy's and Arby's,YUMMY! ;-)

B... it's not really the time constraints but that can factor itself in some days. I don't have a car, so I don't wanna deal w/the hassle of shopping by bus, groceries going bad, packing & carrying lunches... if I just eat out, I eat only when I'm hungry, there's a variety available, and I'm not keeping track of bags of stuff... This is a much improved way of being in the moment!

Most of the time when I eat fast food, I eat it becasue it's is a quick option, and I can do it on the go.

Mainly because I live too far away from work to drive home on my lunch hour...plus I always run errands on my lunch hour and end up hitting a drive thru. Such a bad choice. Must break the cycle!!!!!

a. but I hardly eat it anymore, but you have to admit it has so much flavor. Also it only tastes good if you are really hungry.
