God! some of the bollox you read.
Trevor Brooking made a decision........... Get your facts right or don´t print them.
AFC Wimbledon did the same........... Tripe.
There aint one West Ham fan that has denied that what our team did was wrong.
It´s you lot that are too childish to except the punishment. You carp on about this team had this happen this team had that, but you don´t want to look any further and see that the crimes were actually different.
And whilst your on about this. I believe Sheffield's cupboard isn´t free of skeletons.
What ever, if your going to post some thing at least try and make them facts and not bitter ramblings.

Fingers crossed that those dodgy West Ham bastrards get what they deserve, Championship football. I'm a fan of neither Sheffield Utd or Cash Ham, but they broke the rules and deserve a more severe punishment than a monetary fine. 13 million quid is chump change for the owner. I think a points deduction and relegation would be fair enough. Dodgy fiddlers. I hope they get everthing they deserve and then some

38 Points is not enough to keep you in the Premiership, West Ham knew that and got 41 points keeping them in the Premiership simple as that. and what rubbish about Trevor Brooking being on the disciplinary panel, i think you should get your facts right, also Wimbledon were not punished for third party involvement, it has never happened before therefore nothing to compare it with. however clubs have been deducted points in the past for fielding un-registered players, but the registration of Tevez has never been in question. He was registered.

What Sheff Utd are trying won't work.
Each team sign a contract agreeing to play by the rules and decisions the Premier League make. The Premier League made their decision and Sheff Utd are trying to contest it.
Unfortunately for you the Premier League have a signed contract from Sheff Utd, this means it will get thrown out of court.

look. West ham are at fault here, but you can't even hold your hands up to it. the thing is that Sheffeield united either want to go back to the prem or get some money so we don't lose all our half decent players. West ham signed Tevez elegally and he was the player who gave them the chance to stay up. They got fined but its not enough! They will make the money back in 1 season in the prem! I mean really, you guys are trying to blame us for appealing against you breaking the rules. you posts are just immature.

"I say they might desire to play their video games in a locked out stadium as a results of actuality the followers won't be in a position to behave, shame to the interest I say. luckily I stay on the West element of London." properly I even have continuously believed that there would desire to be regulations the place violence interior the stands, or a violent pitch invasion would desire to hold approximately the golf equipment in contact being fined and docked 15 factors. it style of feels ridiculous to me that golf equipment get docked factors for going into administration, yet no longer if their followers settle directly to have a punch up contained in direction of the stadium. there's a fierce opposition between West Ham and Millwall, in spite of the incontrovertible fact that it quite is magnified via the actuality that the two golf equipment have an more suitable proportion of idiots interior the stands than maximum. there is often problem at West Brom v Wolves fits, however they have much less idiots than West Ham and Millwall. yet you won't be in a position to degree donning opposition via the degree of violence surrounding the interest. If that grew to become into the case then there could be no donning opposition between England and Australia. maximum fits between West Ham and Millwall have been interior the previous Southern and Western Leagues. In FA Cup, League Cup and League soccer, they have purely performed one yet another 24 cases. yet while West Brom and Wolves meet next week, it quite is going to be for the 158th time, considering that 1886.

Listen me ol son. I'm sick and tired of all this verbal diarrhoea. I do like your attitude about fighting your way back to the premier league by doing it on the pitch, but if it's done through the courts you will be a laughing stock. Your mob just weren't good enough for the prem ,so stop blaming every one else and get on with life in the championship.

Oh, the sour grapes lot are out again. The reason you are down is that you failed to avoid defeat in your last game against Wigan.I hope Sheffield Wednesday whup your whinging little butts twice next season.
What about Steve Kabba....(see madgooner's link)..talk about the saucepan calling the kettle black.
West Ham did the double over Arsenal and Man Ure...you just weren't good enough, the blades are blunt.

Sheffield united are bad losers.Maybe if they played better then things may have been different !!!
Carlos Tevez is the only man in question here, but he is not the only team member, It took the whole team to stay up.
Its all about money not football anymore.
