DO NOT DO IT!
This is an EXTREMELY common scam. If you try to ship the puppy here you will end up NOT receiving the puppy, and going to a million different warehouses in search for a puppy that does not exist.

I'm serious! Do not fall for this scam! It has been in the news everywhere and so many people have lost thousands of dollars!

Does the lady really love her dog, but its just too hot in Africa? ITS A SCAM. If you pay the shipping money, you will get an email asking for money to clear customs, then you will get an email asking you to get it through to a different country, a different agent, and they will squeeze every last cent out of you!

Burritoman, are you an idiot or do you happen to live in Africa as a scam artist?

Please (the question asker) read the news article I linked!

I say go on and send them money to ship it here. Everyone seems like honest people and I think you will enjoy the puppy that you receive from them.

The African climate would be pretty tough on a puppy, especially if it belonged to someone doing mission work. They'd rarely be in a home, most of the time sleeping in a tent or mud hut in sweltering conditions.

I would take the person's word for it, because they are giving you the opportunity to have your very own puppy.
